I’m Papa J, and I’m just a homeowner who got tired of overpaying for simple fixes and started figuring things out myself.

It started with small stuff around the house… then yard work… then it turned into a full-on learning process of how to actually take care of the things we all deal with in everyday life.

Over time, I picked up real hands-on experience from doing the work — not just watching or guessing. That includes lawn care and yard maintenance from running a small lawn care business, fixing things around the house, and learning what actually holds up in the real world.

And honestly, it didn’t stop there.

This channel and site cover all the everyday stuff that comes with life — like home repairs, bathroom issues like mold and cleanup, small upgrades, and even simple car fixes and improvements that most people end up paying way too much for.

If it breaks, wears out, gets dirty, or just needs fixing… there’s a good chance I’ve dealt with it and filmed the process.

My wife is also a big part of this journey. A lot of what we do comes from working together around the house, tackling projects, and figuring things out as a team.

This is all about keeping things simple, practical, and real. No overcomplicated steps. No unnecessary tools. Just normal solutions for normal people trying to take care of their home, yard, and vehicles.
